This policy explains how GrantNest ("we", "us"), a service operated by Mizrahi Ltd, collects and uses personal data. We are the data controller. Contact: hello@grantnest.uk.

To match you to relevant grants and tenders, operate and improve the service, send the communications you ask for (e.g. the weekly funding email), and take payment for subscriptions. Lawful bases under UK GDPR are performance of a contract, your consent (for marketing emails, which you can withdraw anytime), and our legitimate interests in running and improving GrantNest.
We never sell your data. We use trusted processors only to run the service: Stripe (payments), Netlify (hosting), Google Workspace (email), Cloudflare (analytics), and Formspree (waitlist form). We use official UK open data (Find a Tender / Contracts Finder) and 360Giving — that is funder data, not your personal data.
We keep your profile while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Under UK GDPR you can access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and object to processing. Email hello@grantnest.uk and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
The website itself sets no tracking cookies; our analytics are cookieless. The member dashboard stores your profile locally in your browser (localStorage), not on our servers. Stripe may set cookies on its own checkout pages.
