These terms govern your use of GrantNest, a service operated by Mizrahi Ltd. By using the site or subscribing, you agree to them.

What GrantNest does

GrantNest helps UK charities discover grants and tenders they may be eligible for, matched to their profile, using official open data and 360Giving, and helps with drafting. We help you find and apply for funding — we do not guarantee that you will win any funding, and matching is provided on a best-efforts basis.

Not professional advice

GrantNest does not provide financial, legal or fundraising-regulatory advice. Always check each funder's official notice and eligibility before applying, and take professional advice where needed.

Subscriptions, billing & cancellation

• Paid plans (GrantNest Plus and Founding) are billed via Stripe at the price shown — annually or monthly as selected. Prices are in GBP; VAT is added where applicable.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds: if you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we'll consider a refund in good faith. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
• The Founding rate is limited to the first cohort and applies for as long as the subscription remains active.

Acceptable use

Use GrantNest only for your own charity's funding research. Don't scrape, resell, or misuse the service or attempt to disrupt it.

Intellectual property

GrantNest's software, content and brand are owned by Mizrahi Ltd. Underlying public funding data remains the property of its sources under their licences.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for funding decisions made by funders. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
